APPROACH

My approach is integrative, which allows me to tailor the treatment to your specific preferences and needs, whether they are cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, or spiritual in nature. Drawing from my training in Behavioral Medicine, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Stress Management, and Mindfulness, I believe I can assist you in replacing maladaptive patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and behaving with adaptive patterns. Through the treatment process, my aim is to help you expand your self-awareness, enhance your mental flexibility, and assist you in developing adaptive coping skills, a problem-solving outlook, resilience in the face of adversity and a healthy sense of self. In order to achieve these objectives, I recommend meeting as frequently as possible, with a minimum of once per week.
